Originally from Pennsylvania, Chuck has
lived in the Research Triangle area for many years. Chuck has been involved in various aspects of the real estate
industry, and in 1990, he formed Snyder Appraisal Services, Inc., one of the premier
residential real estate appraisal firms operating in the Research Triangle area. His
professional affiliations include the Durham Board of Realtors, National Association of
Realtors and Durham Multiple Listing Service.

Communications from Campbell University in 1996. In 1997, she began working with
Snyder Appraisal Services, Inc. as an office manager and completed appraisal school at
Atlantic Appraisal Institute in 1998. Stephanie works full-time as a State-licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser.

Following
an honorable discharge from the US Army, Richard became Operations Manager
for Concorde Transportation, Inc., then Vice President of Operations for
Crew Transportation, Inc. in Maryland. He moved to North Carolina
in 2002 and became involved in real estate. He received his appraisal
trainee license in 2002 and began working with Snyder Appraisal
Services, Inc.
